KARACHI, June 9: Sindh Democratic Alliance chief Imtiaz Sheikh said on Sunday that the Indian leaders want to destroy peace in the subcontinent to cover up their crimes and repression of the minorities, including Muslims, in India.

However, if a war was imposed on Pakistan its 140 million people would respond to the challenge of aggression shoulder to shoulder with their army, he said at “Tahafuzz-i-Pakistan convention” organized by Human Rights Commission.

He lauded the leadership in Pakistan and said its foreign policy based on peace had resulted in reducing the threat of war.
