The medals helped Pakistan claim the 11th position in the first Islamic Solidarity Games which ended with the closing ceremony in Makkah on Wednesday evening.

Pakistan had won two gold and one bronze on Tuesday appearing in the the medals table for the first time in the games.

Aisam and Aqeel brushed aside the Indonesian pair in the doubles final to clinch the third gold for the country on Wednesday enabling the contingent to return home with some achievement.
