LARKANA, May 22: The District Telegraph Office (DTO), Larkana, remained cut from the rest of the country as its power connection has been snapped by Wapda due to outstanding dues on Wednesday.

The telegram messages booked for different cities keep piling up in the District Telegraph Office as it has no alternate power supply to meet the emergency.

Important telegrams meant for banks and press were also being held up there.

Newsmen cannot send their messages as the fax machine and teleprinters remain inoperative due to there being no power supply.
