Six killed in Okara accident

OKARA, April 5: Six people, including two women and a child, were killed in a head-on collision between a wagon and a truck here on Monday evening.

The accident occurred when an Okara-bound wagon (LPT-4102) reached Jakkhar Chowk on the Okara-Faisalabad Road and collided with a speedy truck (SL-5642) coming from the opposite direction.

Six people, including a child and two women, died on the spot. One of the dead was identified as Saeed Ahmad of Deepalpur. Two injured were taken to the DHQ Hospital in critical condition.
