CHARSADDA, Oct 3: Four people including a child were killed and 10 others were injured on Friday in different incidents of violence in the outskirts here, police and hospital sources said.

It is learnt that two groups exchanged fire over a petty issue, which resulted in the killing of two persons Zarshad son of Sadullah and Masud Jan son of Yar Mohammad and injuring a women and her daughter.

In a separate incident, a youth Ayaz son of Khanan committed suicide after he argued with his mother over a minor problem in Tangi, Nasratzai Mohalla Akbar Khan. His brother lodged an FIR with the police.Elsewhere, a child died when he fell of the cradle. The identity of the child could not be ascertained. He was buried temporarily.
