Forty girls to train at cricket camps

KARACHI, Aug 15: The Women’s Wing of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced on Friday the names of 40 women cricketers for the senior and junior Aug 17-31 training camps.

The following 20 players will be reporting to the senior camp to be held at the Cricket Centre Cricket Ground, Model Town, Lahore from 10:00am to 1:00pm every day: Bisma Mahroof, Tasqeen Qadeer, Shumaila Mushtaq, Sabahat Rasheed, Marina Iqbal, Mariyam Butt, Malika Mansoor, Madhiha Rajput, Sobia Younas, Asma Usman, Hira Anwar, Aysha Pervaiz, Naiza Sadiq, Faryal Awan, Mehrunisa Khan, Mehwish Tariq, Agbeen, Iqra Tabasum, Alzibath and Zara Nur.

Meanwhile, the camp for the junior team at the Aligarh Cricket Ground Model Town, Lahore, also to take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm everyday will have the following girls: Farah Chaurdry, Sana Shafique, Komal, Aliha, Momina, Mariuam Muzafar, Nimra Imran, Aysha Khan, Tehreem Iqbal, Sidra Nawaz, Sidra Amin, Mariyam Meer, Bakhtawar, Kanwal, Bushra Ashraf, Naira, Samina Khan, Farzana, Sumera Sajid and Tania Rana.
