KARACHI, April 4: Federal health minister, Dr Abdul Malik Kasi, will preside over the 11th International Children Conference to be organized by the Hamdard Foundation and the Hamdard Public School at a local hotel here on April 7.

The event will coincide with World Health Day.

Dr Khalif Bile Mohammad, WHO representative to Pakistan, will be the chief guest.

The theme for the current year is “Move for Health”, with major emphasis on the importance of fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Dr Saadia Rashid, president of the Hamdard Foundation Pakistan will deliver the keynote address on the occasion.—APP
