SUKKUR: Obituary

SUKKUR, April 1: Siddiqua Khatoon, the mother of Shamim Shamsi, correspondent of Dawn in Sukkur, passed away here on Monday after a brief illness. She was 90.

She leaves behind five sons and three daughters.

She will be laid to rest in the graveyard of Nau Goth here on Tuesday.

Quran khwani for the departed soul will be held in Shamsi Masjid, Tekchand Road, here on Tuesday.
