KARACHI, July 9: The exhumation of the remains of Kafila Siddiqui will be held on Tuesday, an official of the health department said on Monday. The exhumation will be carried out at the Muhammad Shah graveyard in North Karachi by a medical board constituted by the Sindh government on June 25.

“We hope to carry out the second post-mortem on the spot for which a mobile X-ray unit and other facilities have been arranged by the health department,” the official told Dawn, requesting not to be named. However, it would be up to the medical board whether they deemed it necessary to shift the remains to the Civil Hospital for autopsy, the official added.
