The Haripur district administration arranged a presentation for the visiting delegation, during which the district nazim of Peshawar and other nazims were informed about the functioning of district government and its goals and achievement so far.

A similar presentation was given by the tehsil nazim, highlighting the recently passed budget and new sources of income.

Haji Ghulam Ali informed the participants about performance of the district, saying that it had completed record development programmes in a very limited time.

Similarly, he said, an effective anti-encroachment drive had been launched in the district to widen roads.

The district government, he said, was giving due share to union council nazims and funds for Citizen Community Boards (CCBs) was being released in accordance with rules and regulations.
