GUJRANWALA, April 27: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) allowed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Friday to take Sibtul Hassan Shah, alias Double Shah, into custody for interrogation.

Sub-Inspector Zubair Sundho, who is investigating charges against Double Shah, informed the ATC No 2 judge that investigation against the accused had been completed and the court could send him to jail.

The court accepted police plea and asked police to bring charge sheet against him in the court on May 4. At this, Senior NAB Public Prosecutor Haroon Rashid and Assistant Director Abdul Haq asked the court to hand over Double Shah to NAB because the bureau wanted to scrutinise his property and assets.
