HYDERABAD, April 6: A three-member Governor's Monitoring and Facilitating team headed by Dr S.M. Qureshi visited the Sindh, Mehran and Liaquat Medical universities on Thursday to evaluate academic programmes and the ongoing development work.

The team during its visit to the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology was briefed on the academic programmes and progress on the development work which was being funded by the HEC, Islamabad. The team also met the vice chancellor, Professor Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Rajput.

Project Director of the university Engr Ghulam Sarwar Kandhar gave a detailed presentation regarding the implementation of various projects.
