SANGHAR: PTC passing out parade held

SANGHAR, Sept 6: The 133rd passing out parade was held at the Police Training College (PTC), Shahdadpur, on Wednesday. Sindh Provincial Police Officer Jehangir Mirza took the salute.

In his address, the PPO said that after passing out policemen should serve for the betterment of police prestige and gain the confidence of people and display high morale and character.

A total number of 1,057 police recruits, including sub-inspectors and assistant sub-inspectors and inspectors of upper and lower courses passed out.

The principal of the college, Abdul Khaliq Shaikh, in his speech highlighted activities and achievement of the college and demanded that construction of the boundary wall around the college is the must to protect the sanctity of the college, repair of barracks and housing problems of the staff should also be resolved.

The PPO assured the PTC principal that he will take up these problems with the Sindh government.
