LAHORE, Aug 15: Punjab Governor Gold Cup hockey tournament will be held at Faisalabad Stadium from Aug 28 to Sept 6. Former Olympian Rana Mujahid has been named as organising secretary.
Another Olympian Khalid Bashir is the tournament director while Shahzad Chishty is tournament officer.
Saeed Ahmad is the umpires’ manager.
The umpires included in the panel are Rana Khalid Iqbal, Parvez Akhtar Naveed, Munir, Mubashir Zaman, Rana Mohammad Liaqat, Syed Zulifqar Haider, Dilawar Hussain Bhatti, Haider Rasool, Ihsanul Haq Babar, Zulfiqar Hussain, Kamran Hussain.
