KARACHI, July 20: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has impressed upon all Haq Parast members in the local governments to serve people without any discrimination, listen to their problems with patience and strive to mitigate their grievances.

According to a report faxed from the MQM International Secretariat on Thursday, Mr Hussain said this during his meeting with Ms Nasreen Jalil and Zafar Rajput, naib nazims of Karachi and Hyderabad respectively, at the secretariat in London.
