ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Kabaddi Association has appointed Rakhshanda Tanseem as Vice President of its women wing.
The women wing of the association will work for promotion of game among girls in Islamabad.
A notification of her appointment has been issued. Officials of the association said that this decision of appointing an active woman as Vice President will be helpful to attract girls and women toward Kabaddi. An official said that the association is also mulling to hold women Kabaddi League in near future in Islamabad to provide a platform to women to show their talent and for promotion of this traditional game.
