Pindi board sets new dates for postponed papers

RAWALPINDI: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi announced a new date for the matriculation papers of 64 examination centres of Rawalpindi city, which were postponed on April 8.

According to the announcement, the papers of Urdu Compulsory (Urdu Compulsory Dars-i-Nizami Group) and Urdu Compulsory, Geography of Pakistan will be held in the morning on May 2 and in the evening.

BISE Rawalpindi spokesman Arslan Cheema said that all the examinations will be held in the pre-allotted examination centres under the same roll number. Candidates and supervisory staff of these 64 examination centres have been instructed to ensure their attendance at their respective centres on May 2 at the scheduled time.

Additionally, the candidates appearing for the examination have been instructed to regularly visit the board’s website www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk for the latest information.
