LAHORE: The Punjab government on Thursday transferred and posted nine officials in the Local Government and Community Development (LG&CD) department as well as granted additional charge of managing directors of Suthra Punjab agencies in their respective districts.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sialkot Waste Management Company, Salman Ahmad; Faisalabad Waste Management Company CEO Rauf Ahmad; Rawalpindi Waste Management Company CEO Sajid Safdar; Multan Waste Management Company CEO Abid Hussain; Gujrat Waste Management Company CEO Zulfiqar Ahmad; D.G. Khan Waste Management Company CEO Shahid Nadeem; Gujranwala Waste Management Company CEO Muhammad Qasim and Abdul Razzaque Ali Dogar, presently posted in LG&CD department, have been transferred and their services are placed at the disposal of LG&CD department secretary for further postings.

Muhammad Usman Akram, Deputy Secretary (IPC), I&C Wing of S&GAD, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the LG&CD department secretary.

ADC (General), Narowal, Ghulam Sarwar; ADC (General), Chiniot, Wasiq Abbas; ADC (finance and planning), Okara, Abdul Jabbar and ADC (General), Muhammad Abu Bakar, Sargodha, have been granted additional charge of the post of managing director Suthra Punjab Agency, Sargodha, in addition to their own duties, till further orders.
