Speaking about the over 4.5 million Pakistani diaspora residing in the Gulf, Ishaq Dar said there was “no need for panic”.
“Their governments are also assuring us that their safety and security is protected. We have not received any such kind of alerts from the diaspora,” he said.
“Despite this, wherever our embassies and consulates are in the Middle East are all active,” Dar affirmed.
