LAHORE: The Punjab government on Monday transferred and posted several senior officers of the District Education Authorities (DEAs) across the province in a fresh administrative reshuffle.

According to a notification issued by the School Education Department, the services of Multan DEA Chief Executive Officer Dr Safdar Hussain were placed at the disposal of the department and relieved of his duties.

Muzaffargarh DEA Chief Executive Officer Ms Tahira Aziz was transferred and posted as Multan DEA chief executive officer.

In another move, Multan District Education Officer Ms Nuzhat Parveen was transferred and posted as Muzaffargarh DEA chief executive officer.

Meanwhile, Gujrat DEA Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Yaseen Khan was transferred and posted as Wazirabad DEA chief executive officer.

Wazirabad DEA Chief Executive Officer Akhtar Ali Khan was transferred and posted as Gujrat DEA chief executive officer.
