Robots taking over

This is regarding the story “Robots taking over” by Marium Ahmad (YW, December 20).

The idea of exploring artificial intelligence through a child’s dream was different and refreshing. The story raised the important question about our growing dependence on AI and technology, especially for children.

We should stop ourselves from using AI excessively.

The story “Robots taking over” by Marium Ahmed was a fantastic story.

There is no doubt that the use of AI in our daily lives has become so excessive that it is affecting our creativity. This story gave us a valuable lesson that if we rely on AI and robots too much, one day these gadgets may replace humans.

So instead of relying on AI and robots, we should use our intelligence. These machines and technologies are created by humans, and humans are more intelligent than their inventions.

The value of guidance

This is regarding the story “The value of guidance” by Naseer Ahmed Soomro (YW, December 27).

The story highlighted the struggle between wanting independence and needing guidance. The father was shown as someone who wanted the best for his child, even if his methods felt strict. In my opinion, the story reminded young readers that guidance, when given with good intentions, plays an important role in shaping a student’s future.
