LAHORE: The Sundar police have lodged a case against Khwaja Saeed, the brother-in-law of underworld don Gogi Butt, on charges of criminal breach of trust.

The FIR was registered on the complaint of a citizen named Sarwar.

He claimed that he had made an investment with the accused in a farmhouse at Raiwind Road by establishing a company. He said that as per the agreement, Khwaja Saeed was to administer the financial affairs of the business.

He alleged that the accused was avoiding an audit of the business following some doubtful transactions. He claimed when he insisted for the audit, the accused hurled life threats at him.

The complainant claimed to have made an investment of Rs150 million and said he felt threatened given the background of the accused.
