Germany’s Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has said that Iran has crossed red lines concerning its nuclear programme and must engage in negotiations, Reuters reports.
Preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons was legitimate, the top diplomat told German public broadcaster ARD, adding that European nations are prepared to assist in potential talks between Iran and the United States.
