IRRESISTIBLE REELS: Watching social media reels and posts is an endless activity. The dangerous side of social media is that there are no community guidelines or censorship for uploading content. One often comes across questionable content while scrolling, which spoils one’s image in the eyes of the people sitting close-by. The youth should limit screen time, and the authorities should formulate strict rules regarding content uploading.

CHEATING MAFIA: During board examinations in Karachi, the cheating mafia remains pretty active. Some among the invigilating staff also support such individuals and groups. This situation seriously damages the overall educational system. The authorities concerned should improve security and monitoring mechanisms at all examination centres, take a strong action against the people involved in cheating, and encourage students to work hard and be honest.

EDUCATING FARMERS: The farmers of Balochistan mostly use outdated tech-niques that lead to lower yield. They are unfamiliar with fluctuating market prices, and, therefore, receive low prices for their products. Due to lack of awareness, their products hardly reach a competitive level. Sadly, the government pays no attention to educating the farmers, provide funds, conduct research, and facilitate the acquisition of modern machinery. Awareness campaigns can improve the outcomes.

A CLEAR MESSAGE: The recent military operation against India was a clear message that Pakistan will always stand firm in the face of aggression. The four-day episode rekindled the spirit of unity and national pride in every Pakistani heart. The brave soldiers once again reminded us of the price of freedom and the value of vigilance. The nation has great respect for those who guard our skies, seas and borders.
