Godzilla x Kong: Supernova production begins

Warner Bros. has unveiled the official title of the next Godzilla x Kong film: Supernova. Now in production, the sequel was announced with a 43-second teaser showing a “severe” emergency alert from Monarch, the agency that monitors Titans, before revealing the title.

Supernova follows The New Empire (2024), where Kong and Godzilla teamed up against Skar King in Hollow Earth. It also continues the story from 2021’s Godzilla x Kong.

Directed by Grant Sputore, the film stars Kaitlyn Dever, Dan Stevens, Jack O’Connell and Matthew Modine. It roars into theatres on March 26, 2027.

PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie adds more voice cast

Spin Master has unveiled the full voice cast for PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, hitting theatres July 31, 2026. New additions include Jameela Jamil, Terry Crews, Snoop Dogg, Bill Nye, Paris Hilton, Meredith MacNeill and franchise regular Ron Pardo.

In the film, the PAW Patrol pups crash land on a dinosaur-filled island and must stop archrival Humdinger from triggering a volcanic disaster. Directed by Cal Brunker and produced by Spin Master and Nickelodeon Movies, the film promises a bold new chapter for the beloved franchise.

Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie trailer

DreamWorks Animation has released the official trailer for Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie, a live-action/3DCG hybrid adventure hitting theatres September 26.

In the film, Gabby (Laila Lockhart Kraner) and Grandma Gigi (Gloria Estefan) travel to Cat Francisco, where Gabby’s cherished dollhouse is snatched by quirky cat lover Vera (Kristen Wiig). To rescue it, Gabby must reunite the Gabby Cats and journey through the real world.

Directed by Ryan Crego and produced by Steven Schweickart, the film is based on the hit preschool series created by Jennifer Twomey and Traci Paige Johnson. Gabby’s Dollhouse was the ninth-most-streamed original series in 2024, with Season 11 premiering on Netflix in February 2025. Published in Dawn, Young World, May 24th, 2025
