PPP Senator Sherry Rehman has said that if US President Donald Trump manages to solve the Kashmir dispute, it would be a “huge legacy” for him.
“If he is able to bring all parties to the table and craft a path forward, then it will indeed be a huge legacy win for him. And for all,” Rehman wrote on X.
“So, thank you for raising the issue,” she said, referring to Trump’s offer to work with India and Pakistan on the Kashmir issue.
“Peace and its dividends have been a distant dream for one-fifth of humanity in South Asia,” Rehman noted.
