LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi says India’s reluctance to accept Pakistan’s offer for an international, transparent, credible and neutral investigation is in fact an admission of a false flag operation.

In a hand-written message from Kot Lakhpat Jail, Lahore, to the Indian leadership, Mr Qureshi stated that a war between India and Pakistan, two nuclear states, will be mutual suicide.

The former foreign minister said the Indian decision to hold the Indus Water Treaty in abeyance was illegal and a violation of international law. By ignoring UN Security Council resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir, he stated, India was undermining regional peace and security.
