NAROWAL: Sialkot police have registered 47 FIRs against one-wheeling and stunt performers during Ramazan, arresting 80 youths and seizing their motorcycles.

District Police Officer (DPO) Sialkot Faisal Shahzad told Dawn that citizens had lodged complaints about young people engaging in one-wheeling and motorcycle stunts on various roads at night during Ramazan.

The police set up checkpoints on major roads and registered 47 FIRs, leading to 80 arrests.

The DPO warned parents to discourage their children from such dangerous activities, adding that strict legal action would continue against those involved in one-wheeling and illegal motorcycle races.
