Israeli gunboats stationed off the coast of Gaza are shelling areas in the north of the Palestinian enclave, Al Jazeera reports citing Quds Press agency.
The outlet adds that Israeli tanks are also currently stationed in northern Gaza.
Israeli forces have also opened fire near the city of Abasan al-Kabira and the al-Faraheen neighbourhood east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, according to Al Jazeera Arabic.
No casualties have been reported in either incident so far.
