The Israeli army said that at least three people were killed while 35 were arrested after troops operated throughout the occupied territory overnight, a military statement said, according to Al Jazeera.
Hamas members were among the people detained, the statement said, adding that weapons were confiscated during the operations.
The army claimed that one detained suspect led troops to an area where he planted an explosive device, without specifying the location.
It also said that the device had been neutralised.
