The councillors urged the authorities concerned to appoint teachers to the school with immediate effect.

ATTACK CONDEMNED: Qaumi Watan Party provincial chairman Sikandar Hayat Sherpao has condemned the attack on a convoy carrying humanitarian aid to the restive Kurram district and demanded of the government to take action against the perpetrators and restore peace to the region.

About the conviction of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Al-Qadir Trust case, Sikandar Sherpao said that it was not a good omen for the political process. He pointed out that when a political leader was convicted for wrongdoing, it affected the political environment.

The QWP leader said PTI had been in power in the province for the past 11 years, and the people had the right to ask what steps it had taken to improve their lives during this period.
