ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s National Junior Squash Championship got underway on Monday with the qualifying round of the boys’ event, featuring players in the Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17 categories here at the Mushaf Squash Complex.

A total of 150 players from across Pakistan are competing in the championship, which carries a prize purse of Rs400,000.

The qualifying round for the boys’ event will continue until Wednesday, with the main round scheduled to take place from Jan 15 to 19.
