TOBA TEK SINGH: A transperson was allegedly murdered at Chak 421 GB Tandlianwala at Faisalabad on Friday.

Complainant Muhammad Munawar, a resident of Shamaspura locality of Tandlianwala, alleged in the first information report (FIR) that his trans sibling, Pari Bibi (22), was friends with Muhammad Naeem. Pari had gone to meet him in his village and they had some dispute.

Naeem administered poison to Pari in liquor and she died after consuming it. He added that Naeem brought Pari’s body to their house.

In a press release, CPO Kamran Adil claimed that the suspect had been arrested and the body of the deceased had been shifted to the Tandlianwala THQ Hospital for autopsy.
