The Islamabad police also established a special community horse riding school for diplomats and citizens in the Diplomatic Enclave, and a Diplomatic Diagnostic Centre for the welfare of police officers, where they can avail medical services at discounted rates.

In 2024, the Islamabad police also ensured top-notch security during the SCO conference for international delegations, maintaining order in the high-security zones and ensuring law and order.
