Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has called for a de-escalation in the Middle East at a news conference with visiting Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas, AFP reports.
“Today the risk of escalation is once more increasing in a dangerous way” in Lebanon, said Sanchez, speaking after more than an hour with Abbas.
