Stop letting aid into northern Gaza, says Israel’s former national security council chief

The former head of Israel’s national security council has advocated blocking all aid to northern Gaza in order to defeat Hamas, Al Jazeera reports.

“When you completely prevent the entry of supplies, you make thousands of Hamas operatives surrender or starve to death,” said retired Major-General Giora Eiland, according to Israeli public radio.
