The UN agency for Palestinian refugees says that the deteriorating conditions caused by the fighting in Gaza have “fuelled the spread of disease across the Gaza Strip”, Al Jazeera reports.
It said it and its partners are ready to roll out a polio vaccination campaign for over 640,000 children but humanitarian pauses will be critical for it.
