Belgium’s deputy prime minister, Petra De Sutter, has warned that Israel’s call for evacuating citizens from Rafah, as well as the announced invasion, “will lead to massacre.”
In a post on X, she noted that Belgium is working on further sanctions against Israel.
The deputy PM also said she will meet with Palestine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Riad Malki, later today.
