PPP leader Naveed Qamar has requested Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar to not process the ordinances presented in the National Assembly today against the wishes of the people.

Addressing the floor of the National Assembly, the former federal minister said his party also had serious reservations over the contents of the ordinances and the way they were presented.“

“We would not want the implementation of the ordinances to become irreversible,” Qamar said. “If that is the case, wind up the assembly, and run the ordinance factory from home.”
