Mortal Kombat 2’s director has revealed our first look at Jade in the upcoming film, played by Tati Gabrielle, but, admittedly, the image doesn’t show much of anything.

As of right now, we don’t know much about the plot of Mortal Kombat 2, but it is expected to feature the titular tournament this time around as the previous film danced around that aspect of the story. Mortal Kombat 2 has been filming for a handful of months now, so it likely doesn’t have much longer to go. As of right now, there is no release date for Mortal Kombat 2, but we can probably expect it in early 2025, just before the summer movie season.

Diablo 4 Season 2 is wrapping up very soon, and fans of the hit action RPG are told that a new developer update stream is taking place soon. While much of Season 3 remains unknown, we do know that Blizzard is planning to implement a new activity, The Gauntlet.

With The Gauntlet, Blizzard is letting players use their normal character and has leader boards for every class. They’re also breaking off separate leader boards for hardcore characters, solo players and groups, so you’ll be able to compete no matter how you play. Diablo 4 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms. Season 3 starts on January 23.

Filmmaker James Gunn has a bit of a disappointing update for those hoping to see the new costume that will be worn by the Man of Steel in DC Studios’ upcoming reimagining, Superman: Legacy. According to Gunn, it’s going to be quite some time before movie-goers get the first glimpse at the first costume worn by the Last Son of Krypton within the DC Universe.

Superman: Legacy tells the story of Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice, and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned. Superman: Legacy is scheduled for release on July 11, 2025.
