JI’s Hafiz Naeem calls on public to participate in Gaza solidarity march in Karachi

Jamaat-i-Islami’s Karachi chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has called on Pakistan’s civil society to take part in a march being organised in the metropolis later today in solidarity with the people of Gaza march.

“Please take part in the Gaza march, show your full strength, and be a part of the protests happening worldwide,” Rehman said while speaking to the media.

“Every Pakistani is with Palestine,” he said adding that Pakistan should become a global voice for Palestine. “Every political party worker, scholars, students, teachers, lawyers, labour and civil society should take part in today’s march,” he said.

In a post on his X account, Naeem stated that it has been “100 days since the massacre by Israel in Gaza” started.

“Remember Palestinian children, elderly, women and youth. Join your families in the Gaza march today at Sharea Faisal at 3 pm,” the post said.
