According to the FIR, Nouman along with his guards and some other accomplices had initially reached Rizwan’s house to have a patch-up over an old murder case. He further said that his brother Rizwan alias Raju and a cousin Mohammad Saqib and their friend Jamal Manzoor had been released on bail last month in a murder

case.

He claimed that attackers were armed with Kalashnikovs and pistols and opened fire on the victim on the rooftop of their house. As a result, Rizwan and Saqib received bullet injuries. In the FIR, the complainant claimed that Saqib, who was injured in the attack, snatched a repeater gun from a guard and fired at Nouman who was also injured and later succumbed to his injuries.
