CHARSADDA: Three people including two women were killed and two others received injuries in different incidents in Charsadda on Monday.

In the first incident, Mohammad Nasir was killed and his son was injured over a family feud on Mardan-Charsadda Road in the limits of City police station.

Nabeel, the nephew of the deceased, told police that he, his uncle Nasir and cousin Babar were riding motorbike when Farishta, Farah Zeba, Khush Bakhta and an unidentified driver in a car opened firing on them. As a result his uncle died on the spot and Babar got injuries, he said. He added the incident was result of a family dispute.

Meanwhile, Abdullah allegedly shot dead his 20-year-old married sister over a family dispute in Azizabad Dosehra in the limits of Sar Dheri police station.

Also, Asghar along with his brothers Kamran and Sheraz allegedly shot dead his divorced wife inside the house of her brother in Kashmirano village.

The mother of the deceased women told City police that she along with her daughter was present in the house of her son when Asghar and his brothers Kamran and Sheraz came and opened indiscriminate firing on her daughter. She said that Asghar had married her daughter several years ago and had five children but he divorced her over family dispute.

In another incident, Mustaq allegedly shot at and injured his daughter and her husband in the limits of City police station over her court marriage.
