LAHORE: Two gunmen were killed in an encounter with the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) in the Kahna area here on Friday.

A police official said suspects snatched a motorcycle and later held the petrol pump staff hostage near Rehan Garden Housing Society.

The man, whose motorcycle was robbed, had, meanwhile, called the police for help. As the police arrived at the station, the suspects opened fire. The police returned the fire, which led to an encounter. Both suspects were found murdered, and they had yet to be identified.
