Bilawal visits house of late jiyala

LAHORE: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday visited former governor and south Punjab chapter president Makhdoom Ahmad Mahmood as well as the residence of late diehard worker Habibur Rehman, alias Mani Pehalwan.

Mr Mahmood briefed the party chairman about the political situation in south Punjab and preparations for the general election in two provincial assemblies.

Earlier, Mr Bilawal visited the house of the late Mani Pehalwan to condole his death with his sons Imran, Kamran and Amer Dar.

He offered Fateha for the departed soul and eulogised his loyalty to Bhuttoism and the sacrifices, including accepting imprisonment and facing torture, he rendered for the survival and stability of democracy in the country.
