KARACHI: The Centre for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) at the Institute of Business Administration in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) organised an awareness drive on the Prime Minister’s National Innovation Award (PMNIA) at the city Campus.
Dr Lalarukh Ejaz, the incoming IBA-CED director, thanked the HEC for selecting the centre as its implementing partner.
HEC Regional Director Javed Memon shared that the PMNIA was a flagship initiative of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP) that provides an open opportunity for the youth from across Pakistan to propose innovative ideas for the creation / launch of new startups.
According to a press release, the awareness drive got an overwhelming response and attracted a huge crowd of excited 500+ attendees from different universities, colleges, schools, institutes, and vocational centers of Karachi and few other parts of Sindh.
