KARACHI: Oil and Gas Development Company Ltd posted a profit of Rs133.7 billion in 2021-22, up 46 per cent from a year ago.

A stock market notice on Friday said the company also announced a cash dividend of Rs2.50 per share, taking the cumulative payout during the year to Rs7.25 per share.

Arif Habib Ltd said net sales of the company clocked in at Rs335.4bn in 2021-22, up 40pc on an annual basis, amid a surge in the average net realised prices of oil, gas and liquefied petroleum gas as well as a 10pc devaluation against the greenback.

Millat profits dips: Un­­consoli­­dated income of Millat Tractors Ltd declined 6.1pc to Rs5.4bn in 2021-22, a stock filing showed on Friday.

The company’s revenue clocked in at Rs53.3bn, which is 21.4pc higher than the preceding 12-month period.

Hascol posts massive loss: The unconsolidated loss of Hascol Petroleum Ltd for January-March clocked in at Rs2.3bn after widening by 2.6 times from a year ago.

Net sales dropped 42.4pc year-on-year to Rs12.6bn. there was no announcement of any dividend.
