NAROWAL: A 20-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped on her way to a beauty parlour here on Thursday at Kotli Khwaja village near Pasrur tehsil in Sialkot district.

Reports said Laiba, niece of Liaqat Ali, was going with her cousin Maryam to a beauty parlour where she was enrolled on a beautician course.

Near Chak Dobarji, some men wearing masks and riding a car stopped the two girls and knocked them unconscious with handkerchiefs. The suspects bundled Laiba into the car after throwing her cousin on the side of the road.

Locals shifted the girl to Pasrur Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.

After regaining consciousness, Maryam told Liaqat Ali that the attackers included three men and a woman who were riding a white car.

Saddar Pasrur police have registered a case against unidentified kidnappers on the complaint of Liaqat Ali.

Taking notice of the incident, District Police Officer Sialkot Muhammad Hassan Iqbal has formed a team, headed by the DSP Pasrur, to arrest the suspects.

MISSING: A 14-year-old boy has been missing for the last six days.

Labourer Sabir Ali, a resident of Karachi, said his 14-year-old son Ali Ahmed had visited his grandfather Munir Ahmed in Badi Minhasan village near Zafarwal tehsil of Narowal district. Sabir Ali said six days ago, Ali Ahmed suddenly disappeared while playing in the street.
