SAHIWAL: The Sahiwal Expo-22 kicked off at the Zafar Ali Stadium here on Wednesday to promote products of local small industry.

Organised by the Sahiwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, more than 100 different stalls showcasing different products, including traditional garments, leather products, electric motorcycles, dairy items, house decoration utensils, medical equipment, artificial artifacts of Harappa and etc.

Commissioner Ali Bahadur Qazi inaugurated the expo.

Alamdar Hussain Shah, president, New York Chamber of Small Business Corporation, USA, said they had also displayed a stall promoting Balochi, Sindhi, northern area crafts and traditional dresses.
