For most of us, dream desserts are always chocolate. And this is why I call this dessert as Oreo Nutella dream. And it is a no-fail recipe that is my very own invention, and can be made by anyone, even those with zero cooking skills. Just perfect for all you kids who dream chocolate dreams.

Oreo Nutella dream just needs to be put together, in the way I have done or layer it in another way that you prefer, using other ingredients — such as nuts, jelly, fresh fruits, chocolate chips, etc. I like to find easy and quick ways to come up with satisfying and delicious foods that won’t need too much time spent in the kitchen over a hot stove. And if you try this, you will have a very restaurant-style dessert ready in minutes without sweating it out in the kitchen. So let’s begin!

Ingredients:

• 4 slices of plain cake, or one per serving)

• 1 cup whipped, sweetened cream

• 6 Oreos, regular-sized, or 16 mini Oreos, crushed

• 6 tablespoons Nutella

• 4 shot glasses or serving jars

Method:

This super easy dessert can be assembled in so many ways and you can also use individual servings, or arrange in a larger dish and serve. You can follow my sequence of layering or do it in a different order, it will still taste like a dream! The recipe is for four servings in small jars.

Break the Oreo biscuits into small pieces. Whip the cream well to make it light and fluffy. If using plain cream, add about 2 tablespoons of icing sugar to sweeten it. I used sweeten whipping cream so didn’t need to add sugar. You can use plain cream if you want to keep the calories down since Nutella and Oreo are very sweet so the cream needs to be mild.

Cut the cake slices with the top end of the dessert glass or jar. Place it at the bottom of the jar. Add about a tablespoon of Nutella, then Oreo pieces and then fill till the top with whipped cream. Finally top with more Oreo pieces and drizzle some Nutella on top. Chill well before serving.

Clearly, something has changed since for this step to have been taken and there are shifts in the balance of power within.
